Medium: Collage
Instructor: Doron Putka
Learn how to create collages with very simple materials such as glue and magazine cuttings or any papers that you fancy. Use images from your imagination or other images you love, such as old photos or a cherished artist’s work. You will simplify and strengthen the composition, and choose colors that will get to the essence of the feeling you want to express. Try bold, unexpected combinations. You will learn to recognize happy accidents, and be open to a variety of options and solutions. The results can be as realistic or as abstract as you prefer. There are no rules here, you can be as inventive as you like.
