MAY 8 – MAY 13, Tuesday – Sunday, a must see exhibition, HENRY’S PICKS: SELECTIONS FROM OUR PERMANENT COLLECTION, curated by Henry Keutmann
MAY 8 – Tuesday, 6:00 pm, “MAKE IT & TAKE IT” Art Night: Cut Paper Collage with Jean Carter Wine and cheese; bring your mother or another and make some art! Register at concordart.org $45/person, includes supplies.
MAY 9 – Wednesday, 7:30 – 9:00 pm INSPIRATION, An Evening of True Stories Told Live, Non-competitive storytelling event, hosted by Concord Art and Fugitive Productions Sponsored by Pitch Black Editions Register at concordart.org, $12 or $15 at door.
May 10 – Thursday, 1:00 pm, YOGA FOR ARTISTS: Meditation and Posture Stretch with Jennifer Cooper, register at concordart.org
May 10 – MAY 13, Thursday – Sunday, CONCORD ART IN BLOOM, Flower arrangements inspired by paintings in HENRY’S PICKS: SELECTIONS FROM OUR PERMANENT COLLECTION. Opening reception from 6-8pm
May 12 – Saturday, 11am – 5pm, Great BIG “small works” Art Sale, Celebrate and collect original 5” x 7” works of art by your favorite artists. Over 500 5”x7” paintings at $40 each! plus an ICE CREAM SOCIAL, donated by Reasons To Be Cheerful ice cream shop in West Concord
May 13 – Sunday, 12-4pm, Mother’s Day, last day to bring Mom to see Concord Art in Bloom pairings with SELECTIONS FROM OUR PERMANENT COLLECTION.
