ONLINE CLASS: TRANSFORMING ORDINARY TO EXTRAORDINARY with Janet Schwartz Nov - Dec 2021

Beginner and Intermediate Levels

This  5-week online class will explore concepts and strategies for transforming ordinary images into extraordinary paintings using pastels  As with all of Janet's classes, she will continue to emphasize the importance of value and composition in your artwork.  The class will include instructor demonstrations, interaction, and individual critiques.  

Each class reviews art elements previously discussed and introduces new concepts with demonstrations and plenty of hands-on time to apply what is learned. The classes are energetic, highly interactive and individualized to student needs. Most students are inspired to continue painting long after the program ends.

Students will need to provide their own reference photos after the first class.  Details discussed during first class.

Students will meet on Mondays, from 1:30- 4:30 using the online platform, Zoom.
