A real-time class through Zoom video meeting starts at 1:30pm.
This class will meet ONLINE via ZOOM MEETING. Janet will send an invitation in advance of join the ZOOM meeting/class and she will be there live during your three hour online class.
Most of us are now comfortable—or at least familiar—with online art classes as a way to develop your drawing and painting skills at home while having some fun! Students will meet from 1:30 - 4:30 (with a break) on Monday afternoons for 4 weeks through the online platform, Zoom. In the classes, you will create a preliminary sketch from a reference photo to more fully understand the composition, followed by a pastel painting. Although we will continue to focus on value and composition, each class will introduce new concepts and strategies for drawing and painting with pastels. Beginner to intermediate levels.
