Linoleum Printmaking Workshop
MEDIUM: PRINTMAKING
Coco Berkman
A weekend workshop exploring all the technical and aesthetic aspects of relief printmaking. We will carve an image into linoleum with Japanese cutting tools and then hand rub our prints using a handmade mat board template and a wooden “hockey puck”. All materials will be provided. Just bring your willingness to learn and an 8” X 10” [or smaller] drawing that you’d like to transform into a beautiful linoleum print. No previous printmaking experience is required.
(This workshop will include a separate materials fee paid directly to the instructor.)
