Since the 1600s, gingerbread has been associated with festivity, indulgence, and Hansel and Gretel!  This hands-on workshop will explore the fascinating history of gingerbread and teach you how to bake, assemble and creatively decorate your own, totally edible, gingerbread house to be enjoyed for the holiday season.  All participants will receive the secret family gingerbread house recipe to bake your own house pieces at home and then assemble at Concord Art with full instruction, among other enthusiastic classmates.
