This workshop will take advantage of beautiful Concord in the summer!   Each day, the group will meet at a certain location to learn the art of sketching using pen and ink in combination with watercolor.  Using a quality sketchbook, the combination of ink and watercolor is inspiring and satisfying.  You will learn how to capture the essence of a scene and let go of the pressure to be precise.  Learn different drawing techniques and approaches for measuring and improving perspective.  Whether you are traveling, sitting quietly on a bench or inside a crowded cafe, the art of sketching is a great way to slow down, record an experience, and practice being in the moment.  It’s a perfect skill for artists to acquire!
