Cut Paper Collage

Medium: Printmaking and Collage

Instructor: Jean Carter

In this one-day workshop, we will be learning simple silkscreen printing methods, paste paper design and basic roller printing. After applying these new techniques to our papers, we will then create our collages while exploring clean, sharp, abstract shapes, positive/negative spaces, repetition of shapes, colors and textures. Each student will then be able to create several small collages or more. There will be an additional materials fee paid directly to the instructor.
