Flowers have long been an important theme for many impressionists and classical painters. Endless varieties of color, form, patterns and texture have been explored in painting through the ages to present. Working either from photos or real life set-up, we'll be concentrating on achieving beautiful color and a lively surface to our pastel paintings. A master pastelist, award-winning artist and very popular instructor, Robert will show and discuss various approaches. Robert will lead a brief gallery tour of the CA exhibition. Please bring floral photo reference or flowers/vase.
