Oil Pastels and Oil Sticks are a great medium to draw with and can be terrific for working outdoors. In this workshop you will learn the differences between oil pastels and oil sticks and the differences between brands. You’ll also learn to create transparent color, textured surfaces, and layer color for beautiful surfaces and textures. You’ll experiment with abstraction and work from life, including plein air if the weather allows. Join me to learn the basics of this versatile drawing material!
