This two-day workshop will cover a basic printmaking process that can be easily taken into the field. Using your oil painting supplies and some simple tools, you can create beautiful, unique prints. By adding this technique to your painting repertoire, you will open opportunities to be able to show with organizations like Boston Printmakers and the Monotype Guild of New England. Each day will include classroom time for demonstration, printing your own images and critique. Tools needed for the printing process will be supplied. You must bring your own oil paints and work from photos that you bring. If the weather permits, we will go outside for a plein air experience.
