Fast and Free: Plein Air Painting

Get to the heart of the matter and learn to paint the essence of the landscape. Learn how to approach each painting using color theory with simplified shapes. Train your eye to see areas of light and dark, by experimenting with color and value. You will create a painting reflecting the light and magic of the scene in front of you. Charles will teach you to de-emphasize small detail and emphasize the broader picture in front of you. Simplicity is the key. Students may use acrylics, oil, or watercolor.
